    Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mortgage Solver, Inc. ("Mortgage Solver," "we," "us," or "our"), a California corporation, NMLS# 2336085. By accessing mors.ca or using our online tools, calculators, or application forms (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

    Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. Loan programs, rates, and availability vary by state, property type, and borrower qualification.

No Offer or Commitment to Lend

Information on this site — including rates, payment estimates, calculators, and program descriptions — is for general informational purposes only and is not a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, a guarantee of approval, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Actual loan terms depend on credit review, property appraisal, underwriting, and lender guidelines, and are subject to change without notice.

    Applications & User Submissions

When you submit information through a contact form, calculator, or loan application, you represent that the information is true and complete. You authorize us to share that information with lenders, investors, and service providers as described in our Privacy Policy and to obtain consumer reports as needed to evaluate your request.

    Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including disclosures, notices, and documents required by law. You agree that electronic signatures, contracts, and records satisfy any requirement that such records be in writing under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state equivalents (including the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act). You may withdraw consent or request paper copies by contacting us; doing so may delay or prevent loan processing.

Phone and text-message communications are also governed by the TCPA disclosure in our Privacy Policy.

    Acceptable Use

    • Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
    • Do not access the Services through automated means (scraping, bots) without our written permission.
    • Do not interfere with the security or integrity of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
    • Do not use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.

    Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, the "Mortgage Solver" name, calculators, and software — is owned by Mortgage Solver or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written consent.

    Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORTGAGE SOLVER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ESTIMATES OR CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.

    Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORTGAGE SOLVER AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

    Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mortgage Solver and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

    Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and applicable U.S. federal law. Subject to the arbitration section below, the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.

    Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Except for small-claims matters and claims for injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, seated in California. You and Mortgage Solver each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section limits your rights under federal or state consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

    Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
