By using our Services or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

GLBA Privacy Notice (Financial Privacy)
Under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Regulation P, we are required to give you notice of our information-sharing practices. We collect nonpublic personal information ("NPI") from you on applications, from your transactions with us, and from consumer reporting agencies.
We disclose NPI only to the categories of affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties described above, and only as permitted by law (for example, to process your loan, service your account, or comply with legal requirements). We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal and state standards.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share.
- Request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in the prior 12 months.
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions (including records we must retain under mortgage and lending laws).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — Mortgage Solver does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
- Be free from retaliation for exercising your privacy rights.
Much of the information we collect is exempt from CCPA deletion and access rights because it is regulated under GLBA and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). To exercise an applicable right, contact us using the information in the "How to Contact Us" section. We will verify your identity before responding.
Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)
If you reside in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws give you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent (subject to legal and contractual restrictions). Cross-border financing requires us to transfer your information to U.S. lenders, service providers, and regulators; while it is in the United States, your information will be subject to U.S. law, including lawful access requests by U.S. authorities.
Phone, Text & Email Communications (TCPA)
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS/text messages from Mortgage Solver, Inc. and our loan officers regarding your inquiry or application, including by autodialer or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing calls by joining the National Do Not Call Registry, opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We may still contact you about an active loan application or transaction.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, secure document portals, and vendor due diligence. No system is completely secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Data Retention
We retain personal and financial information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with our recordkeeping obligations under federal and state mortgage, lending, tax, and anti-money-laundering laws — typically a minimum of three to seven years after a loan is closed, withdrawn, or denied, and longer where required.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted prominently on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
