Our Commitment
Mortgage Solver, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") believes that everyone deserves equal access to financial information and the home-financing process. We are working to make mors.ca usable for the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility — not a one-time project.
Conformance Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
We also work to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, and applicable guidance from federal and state regulators governing accessible financial services.
